Our first Texan investments and what better place to begin than in Dallas-Fort Worth. This fourplex was a perfect starter with its spacious town-home style units, central location and fenced backyards.

After countless hours on the phone and with incredible help on the ground from Kim and her team at All County, we were able to remodel the exterior and interior suites, improve the tenant profile and complete the investment cycle through a sale in early 2019.
